Class A CDL Driver

Are you a reliable truck driver who's looking to stay local? We'd love to hear from you! A Class A CDL is a must. This job consists of mostly local hauling, with a few trips per day hauling wood chips and bark between Tillamook and the Tigard, OR area.
Pay is DOE. This is a full time position of approximately 40 hrs/week, but it may be less in the off season or more in the summer.
We are looking for compatible team players with people skills and the willingness to learn. Adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude are musts! Previous knowledge of the industry is wonderful, but not required. If you have a great attitude, we are happy to train the right person!

Retail Operations Associate

We are looking for a reliable retail yard associate for our landscape supply yard. An insurable driving record is a must.
There is a lot of variety in this job, so you’ll never be bored, but it consists largely of operating equipment and helping customers in our retail yard (loading product into their truck and trailer beds and collecting payment), with some light machinery maintenance, and occasionally delivering products to clients’ homes.
Ability to weld or knowledge of equipment mechanics is a plus but not required.

We are Bark Blowers Inc. (a family owned company with 36 years in the landscape supply business). We specialize in selling bark dust, soil, rock, etc. to primarily residential properties in the SW Portland area. We are located in Tigard, just off highway 217.
Our work space is casual and our work week runs 6AM-5PM (depending on when it gets light), 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) during the yard and gardening season (March - October), and 8AM-4PM 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) in the off season (November - February).
Pay is $25/hour. This is a full time position of approximately 40 hrs/week, but it may be less in the off season or more in the summer. Depending, we could be flexible with work hours.
We are looking for compatible team players with people skills and the willingness to learn. Everyone here does a little bit of everything, so adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude are musts!
