Family owned and operated Bark blowers Inc., was founded in 1985 with a vision to apply the Reduce, Reuse and Recycle philosophy to the timber industry, specifically to reduce the amount of waste produced by lumber mills.

We helped pioneer the idea of turning by-products, the timber industry considers waste, into usable bark products.

 

Additionally, Bark Blowers Inc. saw a way to help people beautify their residential and commercial landscapes with this desirable, organic product. Not only adding beauty, but also naturally adding nutrients to the earth by recycling what the lumber industry considers waste. As an added bonus, bark products are a great mulch.

Now that the product had been created, Bark Blowers set out to save customers time by designing a new way

to install the bark products. The goal was to reduce the need for customers to use wheelbarrows and hand tools.

That led to Bark Blowers Inc, developing, building and using one of the very first bark blowing systems to install bark.
